Make it extra special, interactive and memorable by adding in at least one action station.
We suggest between 3-6 Appetizers and 1-2 Action Stations.
All items are priced per person and must be ordered for the entire headcount.
Service costs depend on the number of guests

ACTION STATION: Aged Beef Tenderloin $8.95
Dry aged beef tenderloin, roasted beautifully, served with natural au jus, our signature bleu horseradish sauce and roasted red pepper aoili. Served with a soft roll.

ACTION STATION: Chicken Quesadillas Florentine $4.95
Our most popular quesadillas. Thinly sliced marinated and grilled chicken breasts in a toasted flour tortillas with mushrooms and fresh spinach. Includes chips, salsa and freshly prepared guacamole.

ACTION STATION: Grilled-To-Order Mini Paninis $4.95
Grilled on-site paninis with a variety of meats and cheeses. Served with spreads including coarse mustard, mayo, roasted red pepper aoili and our Genoa pesto. Grilled to toasty perfection throughout your event.

ACTION STATION: Italian Quesadillas $6.95
This unique station includes: Shrimp or Meatball quesadillas. The shrimp are served with creamy fontina cheese and fresh basil. While our homemade meatballs are adorned with freshly grated asiago cheese with fresh oregano. Grilled fresh throughout event.

ACTION STATION: Pork Tenderloin $4.95
Pork tenderloin roasted to the perfect temperature to maintain its natural moist goodness. Cut to order and served on a soft roll. Includes rustic mustard, our signature bleu horseradish sauce or chipolte bbq sauce.

ACTION STATION: Mediterranean Pasta Station $5.95
Chef's choice pasta with a variety of ingredients that guests customize their dish with, to include, but not limited to cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, fresh basil, mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, nuts, etc.

APPETIZER: Asian Chicken Wraps $4.00
Asian chicken wraps: grilled chicken tossed in our special ginger-soy reduction with chopped peanuts, shredded carrots,chopped mushrooms and cilantro. Served with a spicy Thai dipping sauce.

APPETIZER: Asian Seared Ahi Tuna $6.00
Perfectly seared ahi tuna glazed with our ginger-soy ponzu and spicy aoli

APPETIZER: Beef Tenderloin Crostinis or Sliders $5.00
Succulent aged beef tenderloin cooked medium rare and topped with our signature bleu horseradish sauce and garnished with fresh dill and a drizzy of our signature bourbon reduction. Choose service on toasty garlic crostini or soft slider roll. This is a real treat!

Our unique presentation of grilled on-site bruschetta: Includes grilled garlic crostinis topped with our pesto cream cheese, pan roasted tomato relish, chopped fresh basil and shaved parmesan cheese. Budget friendly way to have great tastes, amazing aroma and colorful presentation.

Satayed Chicken with homemade spicy Thai peanut dipping sauce. Served on skewers.

Large King Shrimp served in a shot glass with our avocado, cilantro cocktail salsa. Serving size: One shooter/guest.

Our Most Popular Dip: Creamy Artichoke Dip served with garlic crostinis or pita chips.

DIPS: Chili con Queso $1.00
Add chili con queso prepared with a variety of real cheeses and accented with our blend of peppers and spices to your chips and salsa.

DIPS: Salsa & Chips $1.00
Our freshly prepared salsa with tortilla chips.

DIPS: Greek Layer Dip $3.00
Flavorful grape tomatoes rough chopped, finely chopped kalamata olives and Italian parsley, lemon zest and capers arrayed on a layer of cream and goat cheeses and served with pita chips. This dip pops with so many different complimentary flavors that you eat it slowly just to mentally process all the fresh flavors.

DIPS: Guacamole $1.00
Add our guacamole prepared in small batches to chips & salsa. Seasoned with lime, hint of fresh garlic, smoked paprika, chopped cilantro and Kosher salt.

DIPS: Hummus $1.00
Freshly prepared hummus seasoned with a touch of garlic, paprika and lemon garnished with olive oil and chopped Italian parsley served with garlic pita chips.

DIPS: Southwest Layer Dip $3.00
Layers of: Southwest cream cheese, taco beef, shredded lettuce, guacamole, bean dip and topped wtih grated cheese and dollops sour cream.
